Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock jewelry are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Made-to-Order Items: Custom pieces and made-to-order jewelry require 2-4 weeks for production before shipping. You'll receive an email confirmation with your estimated completion date when you place your order.

Custom Design Projects: Timeline varies based on complexity. We'll provide a detailed timeline during the design consultation process.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States):

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days): $8.95 flat rate
USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days): $25.00
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Tracking & Insurance

All orders are shipped with tracking and full insurance coverage at no additional cost. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. We recommend signing for high-value packages when possible.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We ship to the address provided in your order and cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at jewelry@austinpierson.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. All shipments are fully insured, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Contact us at jewelry@austinpierson.com to receive return authorization and instructions

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-designed or personalized jewelry
• Engraved pieces
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method. Austin Pierson Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us at jewelry@austinpierson.com to arrange an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
