Shipping + Returns

- Shipping:

Domestic shipping is free and always included with your purchase. International shipping may create additional charges. 

We keep limited stock of some pieces while other pieces of jewelry are handmade to order in our workshop. Please allow between 2 days to a week to process and ship your order. We will always do our best to send your product as soon as possible.

- Repairs: We offer complimentary repairs or replacement of our jewelry within 90 days of delivery.

- Returns: 

We hope to provide you with a product and shopping experience that goes beyond your desires and expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we offer free returns for 30 days as long as it meets our return guidelines:

- Must be undamaged and free of scratches and other blemishes. 

- Must be accompanied by proof of original receipt and packaging.

- DOES NOT apply to custom engraved pieces, custom pieces made to order, or pieces that have been sized by us or your local jeweler. 

 To initiate a return please send an email to questions@the13thsupplyco.com with an attached photo of the piece purchased, and the accompanying receipt.
